How to register with UDBN

Registration allows bona fide researchers to access the UDBN Members' Area. The Terms and Conditions for registration are specified here.

To apply for registration, complete all fields of the Application Form below.  This form requests "personal information" and "departmental information".

• The form requests "personal information"  to enable ascertainment of your bona fides. If you have more than one employer, you must provide information associated with one employer only (e.g. your e-mail address must contain a domain address associated with the employer).
• The form requests "departmental information" to enable verification of your bona fides.  Please provide information on the employee who is responsible for your e-mail address. This employee is usually called the "Information Systems Administrator". If you provide information on the wrong person (e.g. a secretarial administrator or a line manager), your registration will be unsuccessful.

UDBN will e-mail you a username and a password after verification of your application. Keep your username and password in a secure place.
